Welcome to Online Deal ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of
onlinedeal.app and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order,
you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and pricing

We sell the XPORT 7-in-1 Wall Charger Hub with Built-in SSD (512GB / 1TB) and the
EVO X-Stream Cloud Gaming Box. All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to
correct pricing or product information errors, and to cancel an order affected by such
an error, with a full refund if you have already been charged.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the
right to decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, inventory error, or
payment failure. Payment is processed securely through Shopify checkout.

Shipping

Shipping rates, processing times, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping
Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier confirms delivery.

Returns

Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Product use — EVO X-Stream

The EVO X-Stream is a cloud-streaming device. An Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription
(REQUIRED, sold separately, not included) plus fast Wi-Fi (25+ Mbps) and a TV with HDMI
are required to stream games. No games are included. The device does not play Xbox games
natively. Setup, activation, and subscription are your responsibility; see the Refund
Policy for how activation affects returns.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its
operation, or submit false order or contact information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your
purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing in these
terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
